Dear Power of Love Friend:

With your support Power of Love provides HIV positive children with food, medicines, weekly health check-ups, and other life saving services to keep them healthy, happy and in school.

Meet two children from Zambia you have supported:

Zambia: RA is typical of the children in Power of Love's program in Lusaka, Zambia. RA is a 6-year old orphan and youngest of three. He lives with 6 other children and his aunt and uncle. Since being enrolled in our program RA's health has improved and stabilized to where he can return to school and be a kid again.

RB is 9 years old, HIV positive and lives with her grandmother and 15 others in their tiny shack. She tested positive for HIV as a very young child and has been on anti-retroviral medication for the last 3 years. RB was malnourished, underweight and very sick when she joined Power of Love's program. Since then she has steadily gained weight and her health has improved. Today she attends a community school even though she has no shoes, books or uniform, and would like to become a doctor.
