Kush is a third year undergraduate premed student at UCSB. He is interested in foreign medical intervention and has volunteered in remote ares in Panama with the Floating Doctors organization. For th e last two summers he has volunteered with Power of Love's clinic in Lusaka, Zambia where he worked in the area of provision of health care to orphans and vulnerable HIV+ children enrolled in Power of Love's pediatric HIV care program. He continues to work on integrating the use of tablets to record health data in the field. In addition, he launched an annual fundraiser at UCSB through his campus fraternity, which focused on raising awareness and funds for Power of Love's micro loans program.
