While designing our microloans program in 2005, one of the questions we repeatedly asked ourselves was we envisioned for the project We wanted this program to do more than provide business training and loans to women in the community of Matero, in Lusaka, Zambia.
Every Saturday afternoon, Power of Love's staff gathers together to play games and help children with homework in Lusaka, Zambia. This afternoon activity is only one of the several pieces of our pediatric HIV care program and is open to all children in the community of Matero, in Lusaka, Zambia.
Safe Parks is a new Power of Love weekly initiative started in June 2011.
