Dear Power of Love Friend: Happy February! Today we would like you to meet one of the amazing women in our micro loans program. Betsy, the sole caregiver for five children, successfully completed business training and received a small loan last April. She used her loan to purchase raw materials, and a big pan to cook and sell something we all love - chips! Just 10 months later, her earnings have helped her pay for food, medicines, rent, and school expenses. With dedication and hard work, she has been able to pull herself out of poverty, and is on the road to self-reliance.
